- In Basket is Connect Care’s secure communication hub. Prescribers use it to manage and action tasks, and to communicate with colleagues and patients.
- This session will provide a brief overview of In Basket functions, including:
- Sort/filtering
- Personalizing views
- Quick actions
- Help reports.
- The session will also address recent changes to patient messaging.
- We will also talk about In Basket pool structures.
