The Netcare PIN Medication Record and Netcare Immunization Record Viewers in Connect Care will be taking a scheduled downtime on Monday, June 22, 2026, between 10:00 and 10:30, due to an upgrade.
- During the upgrade process, users will not be able to launch the Netcare PIN Medication Record and Netcare Immunization Record Viewers.
- As a workaround, users can launch the Alberta Netcare Portal to view clinical information while the two viewers are down.
- Connect Care will be available during this time.
