Dr. James is world-renowned for his work in improving the quality of patient care while reducing the cost of treatment. He is currently part of the Master of Health Care Administration faculty at the University of Utah, and was previously Chief Quality Officer and Executive Director of the Institute for Health Care Delivery at Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City.
