Due to the recent issues affecting CARAT PDF reports, the Epic Coronary Cath Diagram Tool was introduced as an alternative workflow for documenting and sharing coronary angiogram diagrams. As of September 24, 2026, the CARAT application has been fully restored and is once again available for use.
The Epic Coronary Cath Diagram Tool will remain available, and cardiologists may continue to use it if they prefer. The tool can be accessed in Study Review under the "Coronary Cath" tab. A Quick Start Guide is available to support users who wish to use the Epic Coronary Cath Diagram Tool.
