Connect Care (PRD and PRDSRO environments) will experience a brief system pause during the early hours of Thursday, August 13, 2026 for up to 5 minutes, starting at 00:30. This will allow a scheduled application update to complete.
All active sessions will be temporarily suspended and can resume after the pause. Should patient information need to be accessed during the pause, please use BCA Web.Please also note that, as previously posted, to prepare for the system pause, a transparent lockdown will be used. From Monday, August 10 at 10:00 to Thursday, August 13 at 01:30, users will not be able to create new personalizations in Connect Care.
