- Devices will be updated in waves over the 2-hour downtime – not all devices will be affected at the same time.
- Users who are logged in during this time will be disconnected and will need to re-authenticate following the downtime.

Dell Wyse Thin Client Devices devices will be intermittently unavailable Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 01:00 to 03:00. During this downtime, Connect Care users will not be able to launch Connect Care for approximately 30 minutes while the device is updating.
