Of course the final months of preparation for Connect Care Wave 2-3 adds another layer of anxiety: how will Connect Care and COVID intersect?
First, the CMIO portfolio has clinician support front of mind. We seek current and practical understanding of the physician experience. This includes reports from a large community of embedded informaticians as well as site visits and direct check-ins.
Second, the CMIO portfolio advocates for physicians throughout Connect Care planning. COVID impacts are reviewed in multiple meetings at multiple levels. Launch plans will be sensitive to our context and launch decisions will be revisited as our context changes.
