There will be a scheduled downtime for the Connect Care mobile applications on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, between 20:00 and 21:00, due to an upgrade.
- During the upgrade process, the Connect Care mobile apps Haiku and Canto will be unavailable.
- The downtime per device could range from 30 seconds to 4 minutes (depending on connectivity) while the upgrade is completed.
- Application updates will begin at 20:00 and roll out over the following day.
- Offline devices will receive the upgrade as soon as they come back online.
- Connect Care will be available during this time.
