Connect Care (PRD and PRDSRO environments) will experience a brief system pause during the early hours of Thursday, June 11, 2026 for a few minutes, between 00:30 and 00:45. This will allow a scheduled application update to complete.
All active sessions will be temporarily suspended. The pause is expected to last up to 5 minutes. Users may continue with their work afterwards. Should patient information need to be accessed during the pause, please use BCA Web.Please also note that, as previously posted, to prepare for the system pause, a transparent lockdown will be used. From Wednesday, June 10 at 10:00 to Thursday, June 11 at 00:45, users will not be able to create new personalizations in Connect Care.
