• Use Your Connect Care Identifiers (CCIDs) on Community-based Orders

To ensure that laboratory, diagnostic imaging, and other investigation results and reports are delivered to your community or private office, make sure you are already using your new Connect Care Identifiers (CCIDs) on requisitions when ordering labs and diagnostic imaging from outside of Connect Care. Please continue to also use legacy/non-Connect Care IDs.

CCIDs are provider, submitter and department IDs and can be found at provideridlookup.ahs.ca. Requisitions from DynaLIFE, Alberta Precisions Laboratories (APL) and AHS Diagnostic Imaging include fields for these CCIDs.
