Workspace ONE Outage - Friday January 14, 2022, 00:30-04:30

There will be an upgrade to the Workspace ONE application that AHS uses to manage clinical mobile applications Friday, January 14, 2022, between 00:30 and 04:30. 

  • During the upgrade process, the Connect Care mobility apps Haiku and Canto will be unavailable or might respond slower than normal. 
  • Workspace ONE device enrolments and managed application downloads will also be unavailable during the upgrade window. 
  • PowerMic Mobile, the dictation application for Dragon Medical One, should be unaffected. 
  • Connect Care will be available during this time.
